An Eastern Townships native and long-time Ottawa resident, "BD" has played with a variety of blues, rock, and jazz bands over the years, as well as with concert orchestras, country, and dixieland bands in Canada and abroad. He doubles occasionally on bass and guitar.
BD has played for the past several years with Guy Del Villano and The Usual Suspects at the celebrated Sunday 3 to 7 p.m. blues session at Biddy Mulligan’s Irish Pub (Bank at MacLaren, Ottawa).
He also plays in and around Ottawa with Brian Derick & The Blues Pocket, The Zak Telfer Jazz Trio, The Corner Jazz Quintet, and other local bands.

See "BD and the Blu-Tones" on 2nd & 4th Sundays at The Atomic Rooster, 303 Bank St. at MacLaren from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. with Dr. Dave Foster on guitar, Ken Kanwisher on bass, Terry Owen on tenor sax and Ed Krul on coronet.
