Artist Profile Forms
Submission Process & Conditions
General
All profiles are submitted by artists using the Artist
Profile form.
Submissions will be processed as time permits in the
sequence they are received. Listings are alphabetical
by the artist/band name entered on the form.
Note that this service is primarily for local Ottawa and
area musicians although submissions from farther afield
will be processed and a profile posted with local
submissions given first priority.
Contact/Responsibilities
Contact with the artists is by whatever means is
specified on the Artist Profile Form. The Ottawa Blues,
Jazz & Swing Guide accepts no responsibility for any
undesired correspondence that may result from any
links or information provided on the Artist's Profile
except for the removal if requested of any such data.
It is the artist's responsibility to manage the outcomes
of the information they provide.
Confirmation by Artists
Artists will be asked to review their completed profiles
and send any adjustments or confirm its accuracy.
Photos
If you have a photo, send it as an attachment to
the e-mail link below. Photo's should be not more than
500 pixels wide at 96 dpi and may be further processed
as needed for display on the Artist's Profile.
